One step installation:
Unzip the .tub file into the Tubes folder of your Paint Shop Pro 6.x.
I believe it should be immediately be available.
Alternate method:
If it's not accessable, drag the .tub file into PSP 6.x, or use Open to access the .tub file. Then under File, use Export as Picture Tube.
Export the tube into the tube folder in PSP 6.x. It may ask you if you want to replace the file that is already there, say yes. It should then be available.
Follow the link near each sample picture
to download the zip of the .tub file.
The white background areas will appear transparent,
when the tube is in use.
